The optional glow version uses a subtle glow-in-the-dark material. It doesn’t use electricity and doesn’t stay illuminated all night — it absorbs light during the day and emits a soft phosphorescent glow for 2–5 hours in dark environments. The glow intensity depends on how dark the room is and how much light the lamp received during the day.
